The Black Pig of Bigorre, raised in the Pyrenean foothills and fed on whole grains and wild plants, this slow-growing black pig offers a unique marbled flavor. To preserve its original qualities, farmers make no compromises on its breeding conditions. Its meat is red, tender, juicy, and intense.
Once opened, store your pâté in the refrigerator. It is ideal to consume the opened pâté between 3 and 5 days.
Carefully select what will complement the pork terrine. Pickles, mustard, fruit-based jams or chutneys, as well as fresh bread or crackers, are excellent choices.
